  Turbulence Training - This workout is perfect for busy men and women; but its not a routine that is going to turn anyone into a pro bodybuilder. If you want maximum muscle and want to bulk up, try another one of Craig's programs or I can help you create a plan. This book is the reason I was able to go out for drinks and dinner several hours after completing the NYC Marathon.
