As with anything worthwhile in life, personal training
requires an investment of time to enable
lasting change. I welcome the opportunity to
introduce you to the
experience of working with a trainer for some initial sessions.
However, achieving most goals like decreased body fat, increased
metabolism, improved endurance, strength, and flexibility, and, most
importantly, becoming healthier and happier requires months of
dedication and commitment. As such, my approach to pricing encourages
and rewards long term commitments. But an average month of training will
run between $2000-$2500.
